You are NOT going to lose power... it will sound good on cold start and idle.. but the sound you get when you get on the gas and hit about 3,000 RPM is a sound that I would say appeals only to the minority of folks...

Just got my mufflers deleted. For $80 is probably the best for a V6. It sounds good, it's cheap, and if you don't like it you can always go with plan B. As far as losing power, I didn't noticed any difference. However I have a 6 spd. Manual.

Exhaust (from the cats back) is probably the one modification to your car that has the least chance of voiding your warranty. Don't sweat it and get what you want.
