I was not and am not Trashing Pete. I am disappointed in the customer service. I know Pete has a done alot to help this forum and I guess since its not your car that's unusable its no big deal to you.
All I wanted is an email or a response to calls that have gone unanswered I don't think that is too much to ask. I know in my business if I didn't respond to customer with questions I would be done, legal issues or not

Grey, your shocks are covered under warranty correct?

I would contact Pedders AU. I would explain you have a shock under warranty that needs warranty service and ask what they can do for you. If they don't work with you or offer a reasonable solution, I'd contact BC and have BC rebuild it, keep the receipt, and send it to Pete if/when he re-surfaces.

I agree 100% with your thoughts on this. I sympathize and feel for you. Without a shadow of a doubt Pete has been a HUGE asset to this board, but I can think of no reason why a member of Pedders US, or a vendor, hasn't stepped up with some kind of explanation. Leaving customers hanging with NO WORD, and NO WARRANTY service, is BS.

Pedders customers deserve better!

EXACTY! for those of us that do NOT know Pete, what we DO know is that pedders is a company that promises us product if we decide to give them our hard earmed money.
At the end of the day they have an obligation to send us or update us about our product that we ordered. I dont know what is going on or do i care about his legal trouble. If they have my money and they havent shipped , havent confirmed my order, or wont even return my voicemails or emails or give me a refund, they are essentially stealing from me.
This is nothing personal about Pete but if i havent recieved my items in 2 months and you wont even give me a refund you and your business are committing fraud. that why i had to contact my CC fraud dept to get my money back.
They dont have to tell me about their legal issues, just give me a refund if you cannot provode me with what i paid for.

DONT IGNORE ME AND KEEP MY MONEY!

JUST MY .02 and done.
