I see guys post that they are spinning over 22k rpm on a maggie. Wow! Some post that 16,500 is optimal. Same TVS2300 rotor pack on my SLP I believe. Lots to research, thanks for the input.

Yes, I have considered a BAP but it's only going to help a little bit, I have the voltage to the FP up to 15.5v in boost now in my HPT tune.

Also raised the pressure setpoint in boost (65 psi) using the ZL1 FP settings, but pressure tanked just as bad as leaving it flat at 58 psi.

I could also retune for 60% E but mixing 2:1 with 93 is kinda a pain even for a garage queen.

I have all winter so I hope the Squash returnless is released by spring.
Setting the volts to 15.5 I don't think helps much as there isn't 15.5 volts physically available without a BAP. Also, I wonder if a reprogrammed FPCM would help, I don't know your twin pump system so you would have to research this, or maybe you already have one?

I commend you for setting it up for ethanol.

Actually with HPTuners you can raise the system voltage when in increased fuel flow. They do this stock on CTS-V's. I logged voltage when in boost and it does increase it to over 15 volts. See attached.

I did try the ADM FPCM that I had on the ZL-1 pump prior to this but it popped a FPCM code or two and Andy from ADM balled me out for trying it. I think this Livernois pump was too much for his module to drive. lol. I have the stock FPCM on it now. Sold the other combo.

I'm always messing with something.

Wow. I didn't know our alternators were capable of over 15 volts without using a voltage booster.

If you boost up over 17 volts to the FPCM it will throw a code.

Ya, Ted told me that a while ago so I never tried a BAP. Figured another 1.5 volts would be pointless.

Got a slightly used SLP 1.85 rocker kit coming pretty cheap to try, prob go with Comp dual springs good to .650 lift though instead of the SLP's that are good to .600". If I add an LS9 cam with those rockers it'll be 211/230 122.5 with ~.611 lift. Should idle near stock and have a modest power gain. Gotta be able to fool the Guv'nor.

Still fighting with myself about what to do.

Why don't you guy's go to a return line setup? These cars have the same issue as the older single feed line cars. Pressure drop from the small single feed line that dead heads at the rail.

I was avoiding the return system because of the extra labor involved running the line if I could get the fueling I need returnless. That and I'm clueless what all I'd need to switch over to a return style system. I looked at the Squash site and got more confused with all the options.

I would like to see your gains from the 1.85 rockers. Are you planning to dyno it?

I would love too if I could find a dyno closer than 100 miles away. Winter here now, mod time & storage.

I use HPTuner's scanner for real world gains. Best 60-100 so far is 3.72 sec in third, 3.8 sec avg. I'll go from there in the spring after all the salt is washed away.

I had SLP do the rockers, valve springs on my Camaro. It was either that or a cam. I elected to go with the rocker set-up because I didn't want the front end of my engine messed with. Also kept original parts if I wanted to go back to stock. So I have the SLP supercharger with small pulley (9lbs of boost), 65lb. injectors, buster pump, SLP long tube header, full 3" X pipe exhaust and high flow mufflers and had the balancer pinned to crank. Roto-Fab CAI as well. When SLP was in Toms River NJ it was about 35 minute ride to the place. I had them do the work and do a dyno tune on the car when done. This was all before SLP was purchased and moved out of NJ. They did excellent work and I have no problems with the car at all. It can crank out the power when you put your foot into it.

Soooo....what'd it dyno?

Springs are in, waiting on new Comp Chrome moly pushrods after I measure the length needed to be sure.

On the dyno tune it pulled at the rear wheels 561 HP and 526 ft. lbs.

Was it a Mustang dyno? Seems a bit low for the mods you have on an LS3 @ 9 psi. I would have guessed 600whp.
