Wheel and tire sizes?

Getting ready to pull the trigger on a set of wheels, but I'm not sure what size wheels (width) I should run and am basing this on available tires. After reading Nineballs sticky, I have some concerns about about overall diameters of tires if I go wider than stock? I am leaning towards running the Invo's, at 600rwhp I want to be able to hook up well, also not slide all over the road if I get stuck in the rain. So what I like to know is what width + tire size combinations are members running? and the pro's and con's of the combinations.

If you go with an experienced wheel vendor, you will not have any fitment issues. They should know what fits your vehicle, based on the suspension mods, brakes, etc... on your vehicle.

Invo is a great tire, but don't expect anything less than a drag radial to have traction until 3rd gear. You'll have to control traction with your right foot when it comes to that much power and street tires. I have the Invo's on my 675 rwhp Viper and my 620 rwhp Corvette. They work fine, I just manage the throttle well.

Max recommended width fitments on the Camaro, without rubbing issues:

9.5 wide front wheels, 275 tire (some use a 10.0 wheel, but that is not needed for a 275 tire, which is the limiting factor)
11.5 wide rear wheels, 315 tire

The most common for the Camaro market is Front 9.0/275 and Rear 11.0/315

Offsets (or backspacing) is critical, of course. Your wheel vendor should know what fits.
