Question Turbos for twin setup

What size turbos would you go with for a twin turbo setup on the LLT V6?

Depends on the turbo maker on what size. Certain "T" size turbos equal certain "mm" sizes. I have 58mm BW and many say it's to big for the LLT and meant for the SS. But the LLT spools it up good.

Well I'm unsure if I'm going single or twin. I'd like to go twin under the hood. But may go single under the hood.

A single will save you some cash, last i noticed that was a good thing

for real though going twins looks awesome but if you want to do a econo build a single setup would be your answer. next year i want to do a custom single turbo setup.

Well I like the looks of twins under the hood. Single is cheaper and easier but where is the fun in that? Plus I have never seen a V6 with twins inder the hood. There is not a lot of room so I debated on going with two GT2560R turbos. They are rated for 330hp each. I doubt ill be hitting 600hp. I'd like to see 450-475 crank hp. I don't want to go to wild. But I'm just wanting some input on turbo sizes from people on twins and or singles.

So trying to figure out where to put my twins and how on earth I could run the exhaust under the hood. Their seems to be a lot of room in there untill you try and cram turbos in it.

Under the hood twins not a good idea. This is why no one has done it. There was only one V6 out in the wild back in 2010. But it vanished and wasn't a actual running prototype.

No space for engine bay mount parallel twins unless you don't mind cutting and moving everything in the engine bay. Even the ECU was moved in the SEMA twin turbo V6 Camaro prototype.

But to answer the OP's question, a wide variety of turbos can be used for twins, it all depends on how and when you want to feel the power.

Have to agree a single will fit but twin will be more difficult and things have to be moved in order for them to fit and then heat may be a issue .

There were 2 V6 twin turbo Camaros at the 2010 SEMA show. The GM Addiction Camaro owned by Kenny Hynes was running twin GArrett turbos under the hood but lots of work to get them to fit.

The ABS had to be relocated, the wiring harness had to be rerouted, a custom exhaust , manifold was built for it, but it did drive into the convention center under its own power.
