Removing Paint Scrapes?
Does anyone know of a good product to remove paint scrapes. Walked out today and found a huge scrape on my from passenger bumper. Some, jerk how couldn't park scraped my car and then left. I've had the car less than a week and already it happens...
![]() If anyone knows of a good product or a good way to get rid of the scrape please help.

To remove the paint, try a "cleaner wax" first, which has a mild abrasive. If that doesn't work, move onto a rubbing compound. Follow up by applying a coat of wax/polish over the affected area. |

I don't think it cut into the body panel but I can't tell yet. I will give these a try. Thanks for the help.

I'll second Moose's flawless advice - Start with the least abrasive and work your way up ONLY if you have to. Give it plenty of time and effort before you move up.

Use a wheel or buffer. Abrasives by hand usually just cloud the area you rub.
