LMAO.. watermelon head knew I should have cropped that big ole head of mine out. I agree this gym is definitely not "foo fooie", hell they just put in heat and air last year, so most of my training was either really hot or really cold.

Started insanity yesterday and did the fit test. Surprisingly I'm not as sore as I thought I would be but we will see how I feel tomorrow after today's work out. 1 day down 60 to go. Hoping to see some results in 2 weeks when I take the fit test again, especially since I have to measure a bunch of diff areas on my body.
