HP Tuner

Anyone use it successfully yet? 2010 Camaro is listed as supported but I want to know if anyone has done it and how it went.

It is a highly technical tuning software Program.. not for a newbie if you will.
It's nothing like a hand held programmer( Hypercrap, and such) You can actually get into the PCM -VIA a laptop(not supplied), and OBDII cable Supplied by the tuning software company-, and make any kind of change you want to it.. but you can also REALLY screw things up too, if you dont know what your doing. It WILL void your warranty if something happens, and they can prove the PCM has been flashed..

The software is only as good as the guy using it.
Seek a Professional tuner with GM experience.

not sure where you can go to learn how to tune i think that kinda stuff just comes natural for all the doogie howsers out there . i recomend just sitting with one of the best tuners and watch and learn day in day out and you will eventually get it .

Check the HPT forums, there are basic guides available if you don't want to spend the money on basic courses. i learned using those guides, then i took one of those basic courses, i won't mention the name , and was very dissapointed with the content. i'm sure there are people that would like it and learn that way though, it wasn't just for me. trying to get he dove to pay for a really worth class, advance tuning from Greg Banish. it's expensive, but my uncle took that class and i''ve seen the material, that's a real tuning class, but you need to know the basics first. i've been tuning for around 2 years now, and if you ask me, HPT is the best money i've ever spent, granted, you have to read, read and keep reading, but you can see and feel the results for yourself without anybody telling you crap about the shitty job they can do with your PCM without you knowing.
