I have the megan racing coil overs installed. I love them. But take my opinion with a grain of salt. Because (1) I don't race, and (2) I upgraded to the megans from pfadt lowering springs and (3) this is my first set of after market coil overs ever. But for what I need them to do (make the car look great, handle great, and make the ride infinitely better than with lowering springs) they are absolutely perfect. And besides, the megans are just white labeled BC coil overs, which are white labeled Pedders, etc.....

megan coilovers

Megan Coilovers (which we sell) on 22's. These have been a great set-up for my car. Highly recommend!

We've used KW V3 and BC on a lot of our customers vehicles from Camaro's to Imports and have gotten great positive feed back.

We haven't tested Ridetech yet ( not sure how many people have ) so I have no feed back on that.

I'm looking for some input on coilovers also. I just bought a camaro with drop springs. I really don't like the bouncing effect it gives when cruising around in the city. I want to buy some coilovers but not sure which direction to go. The car I bought has 700 RWHP but I will only take it to the track 1 or 2 times a year. I want to still be able to hook up around town and still have a great ride. Any suggestions??

What's your budget? That'll dictate what your options are

$1,500 is what I have in mind but if there is something around $2,300 I will be ok. I want the best for what I need.

I called KW today and they said I have too much rwhp for their V3. I'm pushing 700 rwhp. I'm not which setup to get now. They said I could blow out their rear valves.

RideTech is an excellent choice and probably the best bang for your buck coilover out there now. I think Danny Popp proved them this past weekend at Laguna Seca.

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=346859

Another great top tier option will be the Detroit Speed double adjustables. We just did a complete suspension change-over on the JDP Camaro using all DSE parts. Every thing seems to be extremely high quality, and very light weight; were just working on getting all the settings dialed in.

Best regards,

Tyler

Could but likely will never happen... If your not tracking or dragging your car every weekend they will hold up fine
