Trailing arm question NEED HELP!!!

If I have my rear passenger trailing arm removed, is my car drivable if I put my wheel back on? Trying to replace with bmr arms but need buddy's tools an best thing is to take it to his house, would only be about 5 miles.

Would any damage be done?

I definitely would not recommend driving anywhere without a rear trailing arm. That arm plays a large roll in locating the rear spindle fore and aft. Without it, it would be completely up to the upper control arm. Bottom line, don't do it, you will probably break.

Alright I'll wait til the wife gets home from work and use her car. All I'm missing is a damn washer for the bushing puller to work better

Yeah don't do it man!!!!!! Not an expert but does not sound like a good idea. Only 5 miles can mean you been safe and with a car or not

Went and got a washer and but, spent 29 cents and if I would've bought it to begin with I would've saved myself at least a good hr. Pissed at myself for missing that part of the DIY but lesson learned read and understand the full DIY before starting

A hole saw fits the bill decently to remove the old bushing for trailing arm if you dont have a press
