BMR Rear Upper Control Arm Bushing

Dropped the entire butt of the Camaro out today to do the BMR pro kit. I went to install the Upper control arm bushings and I noticed that the bolt is much smaller than the brass bushing ID. The brass bushing fits over the control arm bit but leaves the bolt floating. Is this correct? Is the bolt left to cantilever (or otherwise be supported by the large washer)? Did I miss something?

Thanks for the clarification!

Yes, that is normal. The sleeve actually fits over a "nub" that sticks out about a 1/2" on the rear of the upper control arm. The sleeve rides on that "nub" and keeps everything centered, and bolt and the large washer under the head of the bolt keeps everything secure in-place. You're on!!!
