Confused on tourque specs. BMR/PEDDERS??

Ok I did my 1" BMR spring kit last week and i am now confused on the specs. In the instructions it has all the specs for the bolts for when timing the bushings. But.... in doing this it seemed to me that the specs were way to light in spec. so i pulled out my pedders tourque spec sheet and they are both different. Pedders says to put an extra 120 deg after initial tq on some of the bolts. Now this seems better to me. as for example the tq spec from bmr for the lower control arm bushings is 32 ft lbs for both bushings, and pedders says it is 85 ft lbs for the inner and 30 ft lbs for the outer with an extra 120 deg. Makes me wonder who to believe?
Any thoughts?

Thanks Rob

the Peddlers specs are if you are using new GM bolts. these are torque to yield bolts. The BMR specs are for if you are using the old bolts. Its best to use new bolts. there cheap to buy. The GM bolts stretch on when you degree them.
