My Mother is rather old and tired so I don't use her for anything related to caring for the Camaro. Ocassionally I drop by for sandwich and a chat, but I wouldn't trust her not to scratch something, you know.
Honestly, I think you should do the same.

The "Mothers" waffle weeve towel is awsome for drying, it kinda acts like
an absorber. If you do haft to drag it across the car 1 time is all it takes
real lightly.
