Last i read it was possibly Q4, why not just get the aftermarket hurst version, its cheaper and a shorter throw?

May not be any cheaper, I saw the new Hurst Billet-Plus shifter for the 2010 Camaro on the Hurst website. List price is $441.66. The short throw option factory installed is less than the Hurst aftermarket.
