Nice pics....BUT please. Don't justs autmatically give all of Europe those yellow lights just because some countries have them. Here in Sweden we don't have to have them and I sure hope they won't be like that here.

Hi Geno, the smart guys know the shark fin is for the XM radio, if not the Onstar. They just hate it. Me, it does not bother me in the least.
I like shark fins, the Camaro will be the Great White on the streets.
And welcome aboard, this is the only site to be at!

I didn't read the whole thread (as I should) but anyone notice the tail light assembly in the yellow. Look like we are going to see that afterburn effect inthe light. The assembly looks like it has already been fitted for that type of effect.

Thoughts?

Good pics, great to see it will have excellent brakes.
Look's like the back up lights are there to stay.
Not sure about afterburner effect, looks more like a normal shiny ring.
It doesn't look lit up to me.
0.95g might be the limit to expect, we'll see.

Put up new photos. You should be able to see the tailights even clearer.

Towable dyno, I think. That or so that it can haul @$$! Either one works for me.

The shark fin is for xm and onstar and reg radio. GM is converting to one. I have two on my 2004 truck now and Id rather have one. Gone will be the long masts and short nubs. Also the the yellow side marker is for export only. And toi quote many on here. Those are not the production lamps. Don't even let them grow on you. :notheadlights:

It bothers me that the LLN article thinks those Silver Vert pics were actually production. Also bothers me that they think the SC 6.2L in the ZR-1, CTS V, and Camaro are all the same.

I'm also one of those people who really likes the shark fin antenna. It looks like its improving over the previous onstar/XM antenna.

That why it's called testing. They want to try some different things and see what works best.

You Know, I think I remember reading (I think it was in the GMPP Article...) that they were working on a race variant of the 5th gen. I think a rollcage and killer brakes could be part of a race prep package. That would also explain the differential cooler...

I'm surprised no one has commented on the front license plate.

It's exactly where I assumed it would go on this vehicle. And just as ugly as I thought it would be.

I will definitely be telling the dealer to NOT drill holes in my front bumper to place the front tag.
