To say I'm impressed would be a gross understatement.

I have my own project I really need to finish.

Wow.....
Why not take that time and ingenuity and put it to good use.

It really takes some skill to do that, maybe that guy is some kind of lego savant that cant brush his own teeth, or dress him self, but give him a box of legos and he can build anything.

Rain man of legos....

Or maybe, just maybe... That guy happens to be a Camaro lover/owner and also sells those cars for a VERY nice profit on the side. I could have sworn that I have seen those models and others sell on ebay for 750.00 to 1100.00 each.

And consider this, maybe he also has some type of background in automotives and works in that field on a daily basis.

And the "Sad" part about all of this is the fact that this guy will probably have made enough money selling cars built from Lego, that he will be able to buy a new Camaro when they are finally released.

Or maybe he just has rotten teeth and 2 socks that don't match...

Welcome to the site Crowkillers! Love and am impressed by the scale models. Don't let what others have said bother you, it's all in jest.

I doubt many of us would have the patience or ability to put something like that together

Cool

Thanks man. I really don't care if people like my models or hate them, they can rip them apart all they want, these are not to everyone's taste. I know this.

What I hate is when people bash me(Not so much here) as a person.

Here is what i get alot of:

Needs to get a life (Ok)
Need to get laid (I do frequently)
Needs a Girlfriend (I am Married)
Too much time on his hands (I wish)
Why? Just Why? (I never could understand this one)

I do more positives than negetives, but I just hate someone passing judgement without even knowing anything about me.

My father and I are currently restoring his 1967 Gt Deluxe Fastback and as we are have been doing that, I have been building it in 1:8 Lego scale complete with a 4 on the floor(With reverse) solid rear axle suspension with a really cool leaf-spring idea that I came up with, front suspension, V8 and I also came up with a really neat mechanism that opens the doors via damped shocks by pressing a hidden button behind them.

Also all of my cars are build in the "studless" format meaning there are no bricks that "click" together, everything is pinned and joined together. This makes for stronger and lighter models, but the degree of difficulty is much higher as it is in chess, you must always be 5 or 6 moves ahead.

Thanks for the positive comments guys! I'll keep you all posted on the Stang's progress. It should be done in a few more days.

That challenger is way cool though.

That guy(Alex Zorko) that builds those cars is very talented. Those engines in his cars actually are V8's that run on air.

Very cool cars above

Not sure how these are 'spy shots'. Were the cars under wraps in a secure building someplace?

I have No idea what the "Spy Shots" thing is all about or where it came from.

I actually build the "prototype" last summer and then ordered enough parts to build 3 more. As I built the new ones It became easier and faster to get them done at the same time.

It took me 4 months to build the first car and only 3 days to slap another one together.

I did a custom white one with blue stripes(White parts are had to get) for a guy in Germany for 1200.00

I am trying to do one in yellow with black stripes(Transformers anyone?) But Lego simply does not make certain parts that I need in Yellow, so I moved onto my next project, the mustang.

I did do a pretty nice yellow car here 2 years ago:

the full gallery is here:

http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=165358

That one was my favorite car, but the price was right, so I had to let her go. It had a really neat suspension system similar to the Enzo Ferrari.

Got Rice?

Hey Cowkillers! I hope my comment earlier about the Mustang didn't get to you too much. I didn't really mean anything by it. It's been erased, anyway.

I've seen your Challenger around before and absolutely love that model! When I was younger, I did a bangin' Delorean time machine out of Legos, but the pictures were lost when I dropped the laptop they were stored on. I'm really taken with the functionality of your work. Just impressive.

Red face

I didn't do the Mustang or the Challenger, those were done by a guy named Alex Zorko he is from Europe somewhere.

His style of building is much different from mine.

Looks like you do some great work and nothing wrong with flipping the product on ebay for a nice profit - that is the American way
