Uh isn't that obvious that those are the reverse lamps (after such debate over them being there)...... I thought you guys might have been referring to something else that I wasn't seeing... i guess wishful thinking that those ones would disappear, lol.

So thanks for clearing that up...

no i wasn't actually.... i thought they may have been talking about that little black mark inside the yellow tail lamp it self.... but they weren't.... I was just avoiding the obvious.

Stupid cops?????????
I can understand how you might not agree w/ a law that might be "stupid." But, don't generalize on something like this. My wife and kids sure as HELL care about this "stupid cop" who basically puts his life on the line everyday when I put on my uniform.

Orthae, welcome to the site! I bet you anything it'll be going to Oz...and the headlights will most likely be just like the concepts if not better. I'm sure GM took the mufflers into account. I doubt they will scrap on speed bumps. I don't know about the engine bay. I bet there will be a nice engine cover, but it's not going to be just like the concept...adds too much to the cost.

Tag, I was going to post something similar, but coming from you it has more "punch".

Anyway, take a look at the pic here....anyone else notice the alignment of the decklid with the rear quarters? You see how it doesn't appear to line up? Do you think this is just a pre-production issue or with the edge of the decklid really not lineup above the taillights?

It kind of looks like the whole deck lid is tweeked. The right side of the deck like looks higher than the quarter panel.

Why does he need to comment? It's already been said a hundred times. These are beat up prototypes meant to test mechanical components like powertrains and suspension. They're not supposed to look pretty.

These pics are so damn frustrating... There are only a few things I've wanted this bad that teased me this much... It's like she's saying, "You know you want to know how fast I am." or "You know you can't wait to take me for a drive and see for your self what I can do." Only to be told, "I'm not ready for a serious relationship right now. I've got some issues I need to work out first. But here's a pic to remember me by....."

Damnit.

Personally I'm reminded of the scene from Borat where he describes his sister and their "retarded brother". The "You can't have this, you can't have this" scene.

"Only then he break out of his cage, and he have that! High five!"

Fbodfather knows that we know it's just a prototype he doesn't need to confirm anything like that. It's not ugly IMO, even this dented Camaro makes my car look like a shoe box with marshmellow wheels.

Seeing the Camaro in the ring has just made me even more anxious than I was back in December. The energy is just growing and the newbies are pouring in, I can't imagine how August and Sept will be!

To the Photgraphers at the Ring.

Please, someone, Please post a video with sound of this beauty wailing on the track. I know you have video, I KNOW IT. It's time to release it to the public.

PUUUUUUUUHHLLEEEEEEEEEEAAASSSSE!!!!!!!

I swear I can hear the V8 roar, and the tires squeal in these images. If my boss catches me with my ear pressed up to my computer speakers again, I may be looking for another job.

Killing me, absolutely killing me.

Smile Everytime..

Everytime I see the Camaro from behind, makes me think of the song "Queen B" from Puscifer

" This lady got the thickness, can I get a witness"
"This lovely lady got the thickness, can I get a hell ya"

uhmmmmmmmm....because it's a 'Beta' car? (meaning that nothing fits the way its supposed to because it's hand built from pre/pre/pre-production parts and some parts may be missing???????????

That's the problem with 'spy' photos -- the cars are NOT completely production intent.

(and if one more person makes a comment about the headlights -- I swear that two things will happen........

1. -- a huge fleet of black suburbans will be dispatched poste haste.......

and

2. -- my head is going to explode...........)
