Up date on HP tune

I was at J&M Motorsports, checking out my HP tune, didn't work on my car today. To my surprise, a couple of Guys from Calloway were down there with 2 Vettes, one NA. one with a SuperCharger, working with Jim, getting a Dyno tune. Mike was saying, they do a lot of work with Calloway. Drove my Car today, in 4th Gear, it's great. But in 1st tru 3rd, if I drive normally, it seems fine, but if I get on it, I can feel the surging. I took the car home for the weekend so I can put a front spoiler on. will wait until they get word from
HP, to bring it back.

Really? Interesting!!, My car is at Redline for tune and some other work. Im waiting to hear back, I know they do a lot of beta work with HP, so I'm hoping they have some of the pull needed to get HP to finalize all the tables we need.

Up date on the HP tune, just got my car back from J&M, I was getting Flutter from the Waste Gate Value, They replaced it with a bigger Value, problem solved, my mass air flow sensor is by the Eng. insted of the Supercharger, The Car sounds so diff. much more like an 8. With the IPF tune, they had disconnected my traction control, and here in the N. East, we really need it. With IPF, I made 350 hp, with the HP tune, my traction control is back, and I they were able to get 375hp. and that's on a stingy dyno, when I was in Fl, before the Supercharger install, I had a tune and recorded 270hp ( long tube Headers, low res Cats and CAI) same car at J&M recorded 250 hp. I tried to upload the video from J&M but had problems, his format was for Apple, had no luck unloading to PC. Mike sugessted Meth injection, that'll be my next step. Soo it looks like the LLT"S can be tuned with HP

Wow... 375 seems pretty good for the LLT.. That's good. So hopefully we can see numbers of cars that aren't supercharged.. Did u feel the increased on HP?

even with the old IPF tune, I noticed a big diff.

So where does this put the capabilities of hp tuners to tune a fi llt? Really wanting to build a turbo kit for mine by myself but have no way to tune it. Even if shops up your way have it figured it out is there a possibility of a remote tune for fi? Anyone know any shops in NC wanting to use hp tuners on a llt?

PCM of NC might be a good place to start.

I think HP Tuners software capabilities for calibrating the LLT is going to come down to the shop's knowledge and experience with the ECU more than the software.

Here's some pictures of the changed done by J&M Motorsports.
the 1st 2 are the Catch Cans, the 3rd is the were the mass airflow sensor was relocated and the last is the waste gate

Nice setup on catch cans. The mightymouse really works great and add significant protection to over pressure. I'll have to stop in to j&m when I get back to CT. this week. I would love to know the type of waste gate they used ?
How's the idle with the new set up ?
