I should have never had my car downtown to begin with but I figured I got a car, I might as well drive it. Junkie is right though, a car is meant to be driven. It just sux to follow all of the rules and do what's right and make yourself a target for the morons of the world.

And Stout, if the law won't handle it, I will. Never saw that kid again.

This punk kid was screaming by at the WRONG time. I had a baseball in my hand and I was close to the street. I saw the dent in the door as it happened. Kid didn't stop or come back. I fully expected a parent to knock on my door complaining but they never came. Bonnie was PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was in 1996 in Auburn, WA and I was only 26 yrs old. But I think I'd do it again now. We told that punk about the 25 mph limit. Small children and such. Oh, well.
I love this story! You did what everyone else wishes they would have done.

Yes I agree some people don't value there automobiles and treat them like crap and they look like crap. Then when you see people just open there doors wide open with no regards to the car the might be next them its pathetic. Or how about the lazy ppl who can't walk an extra few yards to put the shopping cart in the bins? I love that one nothing pisses me off more then a shopping cart left next to my car.

Maybe they just don't have regards to nice things and I bet there homes are the same dam way.. Anyway hope its an easy fix sorry to hear about ... Im dreading parking mine when I get it because I do get very upset at stupid people sad though most of the time you can't catch them in the act..

i cried and got highly intoxicated when i got my first dent. not one week later that side of the car got drilled by a dodge ram. im getting an all new one now. long process but i guess in a round about way at least i will have another perfect car again. but yea you cant control that stuff. my dent came from a hotel parking lot where we had no other option for parking. and i ultimately lost my car from a loser who ran a red light. it sucks when this stuff happens! i like to say the dents/scratches in my cars give them "personality"

This is why I'm keeping my '06 Impala. I called my Ins co, and adding my Camaro, plus keeping the Impala as a local driver is an additional $875.00 a year. I'll keep the Impala as a daily/winter beater to keep the Camaro away from the thugs, idiots, woman, kids, etc, away from my new Camaro. I can't imagine using my new Camaro to go to the movies, Wal-mart, Food mart, etc. I feel sorry for you guys that must use your beautiful new Camaro for a daily driver- It will not survive in todays society.

You will get it fixed and she will be good as new, don't let it get to you too much, go have a few drinks. Beautiful car by the way, absolutely beautiful.

Sorry to hear about this. That's horrible. Accidents happen, but to not leave a note is just down right wrong. WTF is wrong with people?!?

Tough break, but it looks like it won't be that hard for a good body man to fix.

WOW, That is the exact reason why i hate Black, So far since ive had mine, 6-9 Scratches have showed up including scrapes on the left Fender.

Also got hit the other day in the front from some dumbshit, with a F-150 and he rolled into me with his hitchball.

WTF?!?!
That sucks dude. Sorry to hear that. Stuff like that pisses me off. You park EXTRA close to the other side of the wall to PREVENT something like this from happening and low and behold, an IDIOT does it anyways.
As for the people that say "get over it, it's a car that's meant to get driven", sure it's meant to get driven but not hit. You take care of your car the way you want and the people that care about their cars will take of our cars the way we want. See whose looks & lasts better/longer.
Again, sorry about the whole ordeal man. Ticks me off!!

Right. So he lets him go until the kid speeds down the road at the wrong time and the 4 year old happens to be in the street and the @ssh0le hits his kid, I guess he still doesn't have the right to get the message across then either does he? J@ck@ss...
