How do I know which rail company is shipping my Camaro?

I appologize if I missed this info somewhere... but now that I have entered my info into the camarotracking.com database, and I have the railcar # that the car is being shipped on how do I know which train company is transporting my car?

The Railyard dist. center info sticky thread lists these companies:

CSX Transportation (formerly Conrail):
http://www.csx.com/?fuseaction=customers.tdsi_gis

CPR (Canadian Pacific Railroad):
http://www8.cpr.ca/cms/English/Custo...ve/default.htm

UP (Union Pacific):
http://www.uprr.com/customers/autos/at_net.shtml

NS (Norfolk & Southern):
http://www.nscorp.com/nscportal/nsco...ve/Facilities/

BNSF Railway:
http://www.bnsf.com/prospective/cpcustomer_auto.html

CNR (Canadian National Railway):
http://www.cn.ca/en/shipping-map-wor...e-autoport.htm

KCS (Kansas City Southern Railway):
http://www.kcsouthern.com/SiteCollec...system_map.pdf

A&S (Alton & Southern; switching railroad company in St. Louis)
http://www.altonsouthern.com/index.shtml

The railcar # is ETTX700990. I'm not sure which company to get the tracking info from. Do I have to get that info from my dealer, or is there another way?

Thanks everyone

Try CSX. They transported mine until it got to Kansas, then Union Pacific took over.

It's CSX.

Call 1800 235 2352

Say "Location" when prompted...When it asks for initials say "ETTX" then it will ask for the number "700990"

Thanks guys!

The car was built on 8/6. I called and the recording said it was Released by customer, at Oshawa Ontario, with no ETA available.

Also, I just recieved an email from my dealer salesman saying he looked up the invoice and it said the EXP I/T (expired in-transit date) wasn't until 9/9.

So does that mean its going to be Sept 9 before my car leaves Ontario??

It should get going pretty soon, I think you'll see it before 9/9. that's just a guess but let's try and stay optimistic! you'll get your car soon enough!

I think your thinking Iwantone2! I had the upmost confidence that my car was going to fly through production (which it did) and stay right on course for delivery (which is yet to be seen lol).

I hope your right.

Just a side note but does any one else think the CSX automated voice recognition is impressive. I have dealt with a lot of voice recognition phone systems in my day and this one picked up exactly what I was saying even when i mumbled it. Or maybe its just me. lol.

I do, it's pretty dang good, most of them I have to repeat what I say like 5 or 6 tiems, this one is right on the money, then if it did not quite get it, it will ask you if you ment this etc... then you can confirm or deny. Great system!

I just used it all day and tracked my Camaro coming across the states LOL.
