What kind of oil filters are you guys using?

I have both the K&N and Mobil1 filters. I will not under any circumstance pay $6 less for a filter of lesser quality and filtration.

It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas. What do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?

Amsoil of course. Look up the specs on the products you are interested in replacing. You will end up with Amsoil front to back. I just replaced the oil at 2500 with the Amsoil 0W-30 and rear end with slip lock and 75W90 Severe Gear. Picked up 1 1/2 MPG at 70 on cruise. That should tell you something about Mobil 1 and whatever rear end fluid comes from the factory.

or the fact that the engine is breaking in and will pick up mpg's anyways


not saying that it didn't help
