My main issue with his post is he tittled the thread "sorry boys and girls". To me that says he has already made up his mind about his review of the Camaro even though he has not tested yet. I will not read his review or hit his website.

I'd choose my wifes Sky over a miata any day. It's a blast to drive and it gets the looks and comments. That being said my Camaro blows it's doors off in every catagory except fuel economy. Sorry we won't be giving your miata stock a boost

Didn't think I was being harsh here. I was just expressing my view.

Didn't say it was a problem. Just didn't think the comments were childish or justified any future editing/mod. No worres here, I'd say we've spent too much time even thinking about it.

everyone is entitled to thier opinion. Let him have it. What matters is what "you" the buyer cares. about I like the car, end story.

Objectivity is one thing and subjective results are quite another. We look to the mags for getting these cars together and driving them the best they can for measurable results. After that their opinions don't really mean any more than ours do.

Isn't this that same tool that Hylton linked to who wrote that ridiculous review near the end of July? The name looks familiar.

I agree to an extent but there are alot of people who dont know or study cars like we do. People are very Impressionable and can be swayed into not buying a car based on reviews. I will agree that everyone is tittled to their opinion.... but he seems to have made his up without even testing the car yet. "sorry boys and girls" is no way to start off a non biased post... especially without even testing the car yet.

It's not that yo don't liek the car, it's that the article is written liek a troll.

but this was a funny line, "The verdict: If you want an inexpensive, fun-to-drive, rear-drive performance car, buy a Hyundai Genesis Coupe, or a Mazda MX-5 Miata (and a few pink shirts.)"

Okay that's all I need to know; I won't give him another hit on his webpage by clicking on the link then. He's the clown who complained about the trunk space of a Camaro, then recommends a MIATA which we all know just has TONS of trunk space. Miatas are also well known for their 1/4 mile times and how well they stack up against Mustangs. Why just the other day I was reminiscing about the glory days of the Miata in the 1960's when it went head-to-head with all the muscle cars of the time; it was a legend on the street....rrriiiggghht ROFL!

I had a Miata once because it reminded me of the Lotus Elan of the 1960's and the fact that my first car was a 1964 Triumph Spitfire. Fun little car but they ARE little. They'd be great if you lived in a European town with small, narrow streets but on California freeways they are not quite so fun. It gets a little disconcerting to feel your car being buffeted around like you're in a windstorm and you look over and see at eye level the lug nuts of a big rig going by.

I've only had my Camaro a day and a half but I can tell you hands-down it's by far the better machine; the word "magnificent" comes to mind quickly and easily.

Actually he did drive the V6 and he is planning on driving the SS. All his negative points he raised already can be applied to the SS as well so I have no idea why he'd even bother. SS has the same seats, same trunk and same "gangsta" windshield.
