The H-Town 5th Gen Camaro Club of Houston will have our next meeting at Champion Chevrolet on Saturday August 22nd at 5:00PM. Champion Chevrolet's address is 8100 Highway 6 South, and their phone number is 281-561-9900. Ask for Jerry Johnson when you arrive. The more Camaro enthusiasts we have, the better !!! Although the club name that has been established is H-Town 5th Gen. Camaro Club, we will welcome all Camaro owners.

The club is in its infancy and we are trying to sign-up new members, to get to know each other, plan future events, and just to get the club started. We all know the Camaro is a special car and believe we can have more fun with a group of our peers. We do plan on heading to a nearby restaurant and having a bite to eat after the meeting is concluded. Future meetings will probably be at a designated restaurant once we get a larger group and outgrow Champions meeting room.

Hennessey Performance Engineering will have their 2010 Camaro Yellow HPE650 which is just arriving back to their facility late this evening after its trip to the West Coast for Monterey Car Show. We also have a new member that will suggest another road trip and those that were able to make the 1st trip remember the fun we all had.

So come on out and have some fun and be part of a great club !!!

We had our club meeting at Champion Chevrolet last evening as planned. The club is gaining traction and momentum. We now have a club President and Treasurer and events are being planned for the future. The next meeting is planned for September 19th at 5:00 PM at Champion Chevrolet on South Highway 6. We also talked about a road trip, a Friday night gathering, and other activities that will be available to club members.

Thanks to Fastlane and Hennessey for supporting the meeting and bringing over a couple of their HOT cars !! Special thanks to Pablo Di Paola of Fastlane and to Jerry Johnson of Champion Chevrolet who are taking leading roles in the development of our club.

can ou have the meet later had to miss this one due to my daughters b day and the 19 is my 10th wedding anniversary. so i will miss it again how about the previous weekend or the latter.

Hey, I just found this post. Is this the same club that met at Wild Wings last week? I went to that meeting and lost Pablo's card and info and want to make the next meeting. I am the one who volunteered to be the secretary for the club. It was late (and some drinks later) when I met everyone and can't remember names. I will check back in the next few days to see if any response.

Nope, we haven't had another meeting since then and I'm pretty sure we still need you, even if it is just as a member of the club. I think the next meeting is planned for Saturday, 9/19.

Thanks for the comments on the hood stripes. They are decals from RiderGraphix.com and I get a lot a compliments on them.
