Well......we did it!

Pulled in the track today and let the car sit for a good 20 minutes. This was the first and only motor pass on the car tonight.

I'll post the vidoe in a little while.

60ft..... 1.67
330..... 4.94
1/8......7.60
mph.....91.21
1000.....9.89
1/4........11.83
mph.......116.02

I believe this is the fastest 100% bone stock engine bolt on Camaro in the country. Weight tonight was an even 3800#'s.

I'll list the mods for those not familiar with the car.....

LG 1 7/8 SuperPro LT's
Custum CAI
16" Skinnies 18" DR's
3" Exhaust Custom built by LG

That is an oxymoron. In any case, nice numbers, but let's face it, the car is nowhere near "stock".

No hate going on here. Like I said, that's a great time but its disingenuous to represent the car as "stock" when we all know it's not. But then again, you're old school, so you may consider the modifications you've made to the car well within the "stock" category.

As for racing, sure, let me complete a few bolt ons on my car and we can plan to hit them up sometime. Just be sure you have the BIG shot on yours, you'll need all of it.

BTW, you left off the following on you list of modifications:

No catalytic converters
Weight reduction (You said the car weighed 3960 when you bought it, right?)
Custom tune

Yeah, I'm sure Garagelogic's car is no where near stock either, considering his last car was blisteringly fast.

Actually, it is still as stock as it was the day I bought it. But you are right, it's not likely to stay that way very long.

Simple. The way it was delivered from the factory to the dealership. Any changes to the car after that; it's no longer stock.

I do want one and, when the timing is right, I'll get one. Right now you either have to place an order and wait forever for delivery or, if you can find what you want on a lot, most dealers are asking over MSRP for them. Once things settle down and supply catches up with demand, then I'll go shopping.

I will assume you have me confused with someone else. I already had a modded 2007 GT500 and simple traded up into a 2010 a few weeks ago.

How about we just keep this thread on topic though and if you have a beef with me or something I said in regards to the topic at hand, do us all a favor and PM me next time.

How about you hold up your glass and we will all piss in your col-aid. It just seems to me that there are a lot of people that cruise the site and threads just to stir up stuff. I see it on the site everyday, someone did something good or did something to their car he or she proud of and someone comes and kicks their feet out from under them. Just need to set the record straight, right. It is just stupid. Just saying... No PM, but will send BM! LOL

If a Vararam could pick up .3 over the one on the car now that would be just short of a miracle.

BTW I highly doubt it could be done.
