1969 Camaro SS painted CGM??

Has anyone seen a 69 Camaro or any 1st gen painted Cyber Gray Metallic? I am about a week from putting color on a year long project.
I am weighing the "cool factor" of having it match my 2010 CGM. Thoughts??
Any pics would be a God send!!
Thanks all!

No pics buddy, but it sounds cool. Nice to see you again. Make sure there is room in the garage for the Z28

Hey Sister!!!
Worry not....there will be room!! Now that the "project money pit" is now in the last stages, I should have enough money for food!!!

I went to a cruise just today, and a '69 with paint pretty close to CGM was there. Looked good with silver stripes, also.

That's pretty close. That seals the deal! That looks way sharp. I will still do the black stripes on CGM with tinted windows and rally wheels. My car also will have the vinyl top too. Thanks for the pic....that helped a lot!! Did you take any more shots of it? Either way, thanks!!

You're welcome. Sorry, I didn't get anymore shots of that car. I was distracted when I got to talking with a co-worker, and found out he owns that car! He recently bought it, and was told the original paint was Le Mans Blue. It was re-painted in the '90s, when charcoal colors were very popular on a lot of factory paint jobs. If you want, I could ask him for some more shots of it, but I'll tell you, it really looks sharp in that color. For subtlety, black stripes would be cool. I like the look of the silver stripes myself. Either way, I'd say go for it!

No need for more pics. I appreciate you putting that one on here! Tell your coworker that he owns a sweet ride. I do like the silver stripes too but I am going for the "not so loud" look...right, with a 69 camaro...what was i thinking...no body will notice it.
It's only a matter of a week or so now. Then we will be putting in the interior....yyyiiiippppeeeee!! Thanks again for the photo! I slept good last night...ha.

If it is not too late, make sure to take your 2010 to the paint shop so they can get the correct paint code from inside of the trunk, under the mat on the drivers side. This will insure the color will match.

I believe I'd kill for that car! What a fantastic looking piece of perfection.
