Car Covers

Can anyone tell me what the camaro car covers are like. I am looking for something heavy duty for the winter months. Wanted to know if it was worth buying or is there something better out there

Thanks

The factory car cover looks good but is not a very good cover and you can get one like the boys above said from Cal Car cover or several other vendors for less money and a much better product.

After hearing about how "cheesy" the factory GM cover really is, I've been looking for an alternate as well. Does anyone have any experience with the CoverKing covers??? I saw a thread from one of the vendors saying they were giving 25% off until Sept 30. I was looking at their Stretch Satin, StormProof, or Autobody Armor. Does anyone have these covers, or know if they are comparable to the highly recommended California Covers??? 25% off is a pretty good deal to pass up. Thanks.

Just looked up the noah cover. Its 413 bucks and is in a silver outer color only. But like they said cover is better than no cover.

Noah Car Cover less than $200 (free ship).

I bought my Noah made by CoverCraft. Very similar to Calif Car Cover but without the large logo on the front.

Buy it right now for less than $200 with free shipping from AutoAnything:

http://www.autoanything.com/car-covers/60A1009A0A0.aspx

Here's mine (Wrinkly from balling it up). And yes I know I didn't take the time to fit it over the passenger side mirror. It fits snug.

Right now is the Labor day sale $25 off with free ship use code: ESP93AA

If you miss the Labor day promotion, just wait a few weeks thay usually run a similar promotion every month. I bougth this cover at this price minus $16 cashback using Bing cashback. So my total was less than $185.00, again free shipping.

And yes, I have owned a CaliCar Cover, and they are great too. This is really the same quality IMHO for less. I'm not a shill, just tryin' to pass along what I think was a good buy.

I've used the superweave from Cali Car Covers on the last 2 cars and have always been happy with it.

Also, for the discount you need to use the code "carcover" in the coupon section at checkout...

Ok, I'm having major issues with my cover. I bought a 2010 - Chevrolet Camaro
Superweave - Single Color:Gray cover from CA covers. First, after a full Zaino application, tires included, I COULD NOT get the cover to stay on the car in order to cover it! When it was finally on - after it slipped off twice and got very dirty - it was stained on the areas touching the tires. Each time I fold it up, it drags the stained parts over and mars the finish of the car. I have to re-spray the areas it touches. This cover dirties very easily and I have found it very difficult to take on & off.

Anyone else having these issues? I am very dissapointed with this cover and without a garage :( my baby has to sit outside and NEEDS coverage!

Thanks,
Michael J.

I hope you're not as dissapointed as I was/am! Mine is going back this week. Too many swirls and mars on my black paint. I ordered their Noah. Also, if you car is waxed, and there's the SLIGHTEST breeze, good luck putting it on & off by yourself! It's the same light parachute material!
