HOW TO ORDER

Ok sorry if this is a stupid question. But Im gonig to be ordering soon and I was wondering what info I need form the dealer in order to decide whether or not to buy from them or move onto the next one? I keep reading the word "allocation" on here. so I think its important, and Im not sure what t means exactly. Any other info I need to know from the dealer thats a plus for me? Thanks in advance!

Start by going to http://www.chevy.com and do your own build and print it off. Then make calls to find your closest dealer with " open allocations " if your in a hurry, and ask them about pricing. Try to find a dealer selling at MSRP ( no markups ) .....

A lot of it is going to depend on how much of a hurry you are in as to which dealer you end up picking. My self personally I wasn't in that much of a hurry. I chose to go with a local dealer selling at MSRP and waiting. For me it was more important to save a buck with the price, but yet support my local economy so I stayed local rather than go else where ....

A few dealers are starting to sell at small discounts. We are right at the time that is starting- there will be a lot more discounts by Christmas. Also be careful of the dealer's "standard processing fee" ( $500- $750 or so) or whatever they call it. It's just a markup and you shouldn't pay it.

By standard processing fee do you mean documentation fees? Thats a norm with every dealership but shouldn't be more than 500. State laws usually dictate what the processing fees should be. I believe ours is like $50.00
