engine swap 6-8 coilsprings??

my 77 is a factory 250 inline 6 car, and im wonderin if while i got the spindles tore down puttin bearings and rotors on should i look into v8 springs or will the 6 cylinder ones be sufficent, sense it was a factory ac car.
