Low end lag ?

What are you guys doing to eliminate the low end lag in the LS3 6sd
If I don't have the rpms up when I nail it , There is a lot of lag until it around 3500 to 4000 . It's done it since new to.
I just installed Stainless works Headers and full exhaust It might have helped a little.

I've been feeling the same thing. In first, at a roll -1800rpms, drop the hammer and BOG till 4,000. Second gear pulls pretty hard but first just bogs down.

The car is heavy and it needs more gear.

A set of short tires helps a bunch but you have to drive it at night because it looks funny.

She's heavy.I also have stainless works on mine.At first I didn't notice a big difference.But the more I drive her the better she runs.It's way better now with 4000 miles on it.

Is anyone running 410 's in there's yet . That's what I ran all the time in my 2000 500 hp. Berger car.
Lets hope the ProCharger takes care of it.
