Looks good but the rear quarter window looks almost useless. I wonder if this is one of the disciples complaints.

Is that a spare-tire "well" I see in the trunk?

This is the best picture posted to date. These are the real deals! That will be driven by one of us. This picture hold the key to the future! The future is bright! The Camaro has officially been reborn. All hail the great...ah...I got a little too exited.

Ah ha yeah, This is not so good.

That is the new flex line in Oshawa. That HAD to have been taked over the weekend as we had our victoria day holiday. So nothign in the plant runs, which is why the pics looks like someone turned out th elights in the plant, where it's dark would be the impala line "where i work" and parts sections.

So whoever took this pic woudl have been management "who runs these on the weekends, along with prototypes you havent even heard of" Or one the union boys assigned to construct and test the new flex line.

So if this person is ever founf, i would think a major reprimand/termination/charges will be happening. I DO NOT want to be this guy or woman if they get caught.

While it's out, thats the body shop btw.

No, pilot production doesn't happen until the end of the year. Nothing that can be bought until February. They'll run hundreds of these thru until then.

And look at the rear frame as it passes by the wheelwell. You couldn't put a solid axle into that car. GOOD!!

The panels on this "slug" (think fake quarter to test coin machines) have not been trimmed out. Its clear this is an assembly test run (for clearance maybe?).. I think thats been echoed by those who work at the plant already. My 3 cents is that this car (slug) may not be testing the entire line so don't expect it to have all of its " boltable sheet metal" including space for the read end attachment. I wouldn't expect much from this... clearly it shows what the exterior mold and lines will be.

Here is evidence.. the sheet metal for for the tailights, headlights, rear valence clearance and front clip have not been trimmmed from the original stampings. There are no clearance or install cut-aways, not just for wiring. UNless GM does it differently?

WOW Starting to get really interesting. The technology they have to build these cars is amazing. It would be cool to see one of these factories in operation. Absolutley amazing.

I would like to thank the person who just probably got fired for bringing us these glorious pics. So who wants a job up there now? Yes those quarter windows look a bit small, but no worse than the Cobalt coupe. I'd say that's about par for a coupe of this size. It looks like the view out the back window should be pretty decent. Ah what a lovely car, even in such rough form. They got the pony car proportions just right.

Looks like the whole piece under the door-sill from fender to fender will be a trim piece...
