Well it all depends on the material, leathers, vinyl, and cloth require different products. but if your gonna go with something OTC I would go with Meguiars products. I used some of the new armor all cleaner and i felt it left my black vinyl a bit too shiny so i switched over to Meguiars which leaves it just matte.

303 Aerospace Protectant! Leaves a very matte finish and is not at all oily/greasy or anything like that. 303 has long been recognized as the leader in uv protection for vinyl, fabrics, etc. Its probably the best you can get in all honesty. Does not have a scent once applied either.

Armor All degrades vinyl. I used to rep for a similar product produced by STP.

Simple test:
1. Get a sample piece of vinyl.
2. Cut to precise dimensions.
3. Soak in ArmorAll for a few days.
4. Measure.

You will find your sample has mysteriously grown. This is due to the product swelling the vinyl, degrading it.
