ATTN turbo kit guys: MORE VIDEOS AND INFO PLEASE

There are three or four of you guys out there making sweet kits, but I want more videos than just the teasers supplied! I'm sure I speak for more than just myself. Also, any numbers you have would be useful (track ET, 0-60, etc.).

Most of you have supplied HP/TQ numbers, but details are still unclear to what all mods were done to achieve them. For example, if you're advertising a kit for $7000 and you have a HP/torque curve showing 550 HP and 550 ft-lbs, I would like to know if there were anything besides the $7000 kit installed. Was the boost cranked up higher than normal? What octane fuel? Any additional parts not in the kit, but used for the test? L99 or LS3?

I'm saying all this because one of you will get my car for a turbo install. I'm just trying to weigh my options and make sure I am comparing apples to apples.

Also what makes your kit the one to get? I'm not asking for mudslinging, just reasons that a buyer should consider.

Thanks,

MP

We posted an excerpt of our press release concerning our Single Turbo Kit.

It should cover a majority of the information. Let me know if it doesn't and I will post a new thread on it. Please let me know what else all of you would else all of you would like to know about the kit.

For example, I am confused on your website. On the page with the kits and videos for the 2010 Camaro, you mention the 530HP and 530 ft-lbs, but it also states clutch/torque converter upgrades as well as a nice exhaust system (besides the turbo portion). When I go to the "buy online" Stage 4 page, I see nothing on these upgrades, but the same power is quoted. I know the clutch/TC probably won't affect HP and TQ too much, but I'd expect the exhaust system to affect it somewhat? Are these included in the kit? The video and dyno...did it have additional parts that the "buy online" stage 4 kit does not? That is what people are expecting to get when they order the kit.

I am not trying to say you were misleading. I am simply confused.

Good call on the boost psi....
Always check what the boost is at when people are posting these numbers...some companys are saying they are getting nearly 600HP at teh wheels...but it is at 10psi, and at 10psi, your motor is not going to last long.

I also do intend on calling these companies prior to making my decision, but my purpose here was to get the details in one thread so that the Camaro5 community could use it.

I understand completely that some of these companies do not want to reveal too much since copycats are rampid, but in most cases, more info can be given without compromising that.

Give us a call. We will have a lot more results in the next week or so. We have everything perfected and ready to go. I will answer any question you have. Our phone number is 239 225 6755. Thanks!!

We made roughly 530 whp and 550 wtq on a bone stock setup. No exhaust, cams, or anything else. We are about to turn the boost up to around 10 psi on the next one later this week.
