Question CAN I PUT MY HOCKEY STRIPES ON MY CAR MYSELF?

I am wondering if anyone has put on their own Hockey stripes themselves? Was it hard and what do you have to be careful of? Pointers?

I have been trying to get my dealer to put them on but they say it will be a week or so before they can do it. I have had my car for a week already. If i put them on myself I will ask for the $ Government Motors pays to the dealer for installing them.

Sound like a good idea?

Thanks !

If you can afford a 5th, you can aford to pay what it cost for right now install.

if you already have them, find a body or even better a sign shop and wave money in the air and say ill pay who ever a blabla tip to install these stripes right now.

Any bum can do it, I can, but you want to have learned what to and not to do on something else. I learned working for a sign shop. And any sign shop, from a sing pro walk in minimall place to that odd buiding behind a fence with bigtruck and stuff. Have had signpro [chain brand] do stuff for my car before, they were cheap and eager for work.

I would make the dealer put them on as they are noted on the window sticker as dealer installed, you need to talk the owner of that dealership and tell him that the stripes are to be put on right now, my Hockey Stripes were put on the day my Camaro arrived at the dealership.

you are better off with the dealer in case they mess up the stripe - they will have to replace it.
