No, the 603 number is SAE Certified, not RWHP.

Quoting from their website...

"Vortech Engineering, LLC has announced its 3-Year/36,000 Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty*. This will be available as an option with complete, fully calibrated systems sold and installed in the US and Canada by a Vortech Top Tier Installer. Please contact Vortech or your local Vortech dealer for further information.

*The warranty term is based on the Vehicle's new car sales date, not the date of the system installation. Tuner kits are not included in this offer."

For vortech fans i changed oil in the supercharger this weekend and it took only 10 to 15 minutes. It was very easy they have a braded house to drain it no miss easy to get to.The dip stick is a nother story the air induction is in the way but it only takes a minute to remove it . All in all very easy and clean job.Still trying to put pic up having trouble putting them on.

I havent snapped anything on my drivetrain yet either - you should be fine but it never hurts to upgrade just in case either.

What everyone else said above on the warranty. If you take it to a Vortech Top Tier installer you can get the exclusive Vortech Warranty. BMC Performance is proud to be a Top Tier Vortech installer and can offer the warranty if installed at our shop.

Also here's a link to the kits to pre-order:

Polished

Satin

Wow, I just read your thread about your 6k trip. My SS is currently undergoing massive suspension work, headers, x-pipe and getting fitted with a supercharger too. I won't get mine back until the 2nd week in Nov.
Reading your experience unfortuantely made me even more impaitent!
