Post Need a duplicate Camaro window sticker (for 1977-2010 models)?

This is good info for anyone who has already lost their window sticker, never received it, or may lose it at some point in the future.

Per Jim Mattison at Pontiac Historic Services:
Quote:
"We now have the ability toprovide an exact replica of the window sticker
for any 1977 thru 2010 Camaro.

However, we will only print the window sticker as the car was originally
built. We will not add, delete nor change any equipment from original.
As such, we require a copy of the dealer invoice for the vehicle.

If the customer does not have this document, they can obtain one from
Allied-Vaughn. Their direct number is 734/462-5543 ext 163.

Complete the entire order form (attached) and enclose a copy of the dealer invoice with your order to the address on the window sticker order form or you can also fax it to us at 586/781-5167.

My car should be in any day now and my salesman said he could order me a complete second set of paperwork; the window sticker, the build sheet, the MSO, etc. Pretty cool.

Where have I heard this announcement before, Tran?

I'm trying to convince my father to do this...He's got a '79 garage queen...might as well have that sticker to go along with it.

Very good opportunity!

Anyone know of a place I could get one for a 1969 camaro? Just finished restoring one back 100% original and this would be a nice touch for it.

Same problem here. I bought my 1988 used since I would have been 14 years old when it was built. I do have my 2000 Camaro and 2005 Silverado stickers stored in a safe place.

It says "If the customer does not have this document, they can obtain one from
Allied-Vaughn. Their direct number is 734/462-5543 ext 163."

can't you do that??

If you happen to have a Canadian-origin GM car you can get a vehicle history report from GM-Canada. I did this for a 1971 Camaro Z28 that was missing the protect-o-plate. Sure enough it was a Black/black with white stripes Z/28. Sadly, I had to sell the car, but it was cool to have all the docs.
