Exclamation DO NOT PURCHASE BIG WORM DECALS

I previously purchased the big worm black out kit for my rjt ss, thinking i would try a cheaper way to black out my tails and side markers, before i try the full covers. DO NOT, and i repeat DO NOT, buy from these guys. Not only did they look absolutely disgusting on the car, but the precut pieces didnt fit the car even close! Just a heads up. Whats the way you guys have been going about blacking out your tails and markers?

You said you were not happy and I offered to refund your money in a e-mail you sent 2 hours ago - no hassle (try that with some other vendors). You havn't called or asked me any questions. My phone number (817-448-9741) is on the web site, invoice & on this forum - if you have a problem and want to resolve it, contact me - don't bad mouth me on a forum.

I agree

I too have ordered from Big Worm. I have yet to see the fit and appearance but I agree you should try to work it out from the retailer first. Very good of him to refund or help answer any questions (if indeed that is the truth). Let's all be friends!

We are not in business to take people's money and not provide a good product. Customers are always welcome to call with any questions before or after a sale. 817-448-9741

+1 Give him a chance first before you come out and denounce his entire business. We don't need another Rider Graphix situation here.

Pretty immature to go off badmouthing a business before trying to work things out with them.

There's no need for causing trouble. They clearly have a customer service policy in place as far as returns and refunds are concerned. Besides, accusations like this one need to be presented in picture form so that it isn't a matter of you versus them. If it is so horrendous, then we should be able to see this in your pictures. Let's show our site vendors some respect.

I hope some other forum vendors take notes on how "bigworm" handled this matter. He was not defensive, and offered to make it right! Great customer service Bigworm!!!

I used the ones made by GT STyling on mine since they attach with velcro 3m tape so you can remove them as necessary.

Bigworm blacked out my bowties for me and installed them for free -- they look great and couldn't have asked for better service. Nothing but thumbs up from me.

What is your problem??????? Why would you go and post against someone who is willing to refund you because your not happy with a product. You have no regard this is someone's business and your total disregard toward decency really is uncalled for. Good job Big Worm answering your customers....I am sure you are a stand up company

I know of one other vendor that frequents this forum that has horrible customer service. I won't name any names, I'm sure some of you know who i mean.
