L99 Guys inside

what were your best 60 foots when stock? so far my car has pulled pretty consistent 2.00's (2.005 and a 2.001). this was with only 1900 miles on the car. anyone got a nice way to get into the mid-low 1.9x's?

My best 60' was 1.9614 launching around 900 rpm on a 13.1500 pass.

Stock tires - consistant 1.9x sec 60' times.

I go around the water box and get lined up. Then I mash the gas and do a nice dry burnout (no power braking - just mash the gas and spin the tires for 20 ft or so).
Then I stage the car and try hold the rpms to just about 1000. I launch by rolling quickly into the gas. I was getting very consistant 1.9x, 60' times doing this.
I tried to launch around 1500 rpms on one run, and I got tons of wheel spin and had to abort my run. I dropped back down to 1000 rpms and had a nice smooth launch in the 1.9x range.

I'm sure with some real good track prep, you could brake stall up to about 1400 -1500 rpms and get down in the 1.8x sec range. But the track prep is going to have to be real good.
