How about a MAF translater

Back in the 90's we used a MAFT to manipulate the PCM.This changes the signal between the MAF and PCM. This could change fuel trims and timing. Probly could be used today so no reflash is needed that dealer can detect. Just a thought.

Those went out of fashion as the technology changed. Tunes work better & the software is fairly easy to use. No more burning chips, just reflashing. I think the other issue would be that this generation of computer tech would keep readjusting for changes in the MAF signal & they are much more complicated then the old GN's & such.
