Can you give me your reasoning. I have some on my motorcycle and on the front of the trailer I pull with my bike. Seems to work well, but is not as large as the front of the car.

not from 5 feet away. Like I said I have them on the bike and have seen them on Vettes and never thought they looked bad. More interested in other problems people may have had.

I have one and I'm thankful for it. You can only see it when right up on it and only at the point that it stops. This is the place that installed mine. Here is a close up pic of mine and I'll let you decide for yourself. Sorry about the size of the pic but I thought it would give you a better look.

I had the front end done and it goes 24" up on the hood. I also have the backside of my mirrors covered. This is California so it is probably higher than what it would be for you in Texas but it cost me $750 and to me it's worth it because I don't have to worry about chips in my paint and it also serves as a protectant against the nasty bug guts. The guts have acids that can eat into the paint but I doubt anyone leaves the bugs on their front end for long. Mine is an 8MIL 3M bra.

Don't drive without it, the front end of these cars takes a beating from
the fine sand on the highways.
Mine is done on the whole front end to 18" up the hood, the mirrors,
the door handles, A pillars to 8" above the windshield all the way across,
full rocker panels, gill area behind doors up to body line above gills,
and bottom of rear area behind the rear wheel wells 12" up.
The gill area really takes a beating from chips coming off the front tires.
I also had my headlights and foglights covered as well as
the front bowtie. If you get any scratches on it all you have to do is rub some rubbing alcohol on it for awhile and it heals itself.
Amazing stuff.

I had it installed on my VR SS/RS. The installation is the key to whether you can see it or not. I was at a show on Sunday and people standing next to it couldn't tell it was on there. Mine is on the front bumper, lights and mirrors. On the front bumper it ends where the seams are in the body. I didn't get it on the hood, because I didn't want to see the edges of it. Cost was $800 installed. Expensive, but worth not have stone chips.

I have been considering this as well, I think it is worth it as it's hard to see and it looks better than a bunch of rock chips on the front end.

Really? I agree, I do that all the time, but I had no idea it was offered for that area. I have clear bra all over the front, but didn't know about the area under/inside the door handles!!! I wish I had known!!!
