I think for the most part that those of us who were around when the 70 T/A came out -- we love it. (.......I know -- we need a wheelchair to get around... )

I also understand that some would find it a bit busy -- but then again, that was part of the T/A brand character to many.

To each his own -- but I must say that they did a good job in my opinion.

(........can I borrow the keys?????)

i agree with some that the front fascia is a bit too deep, but otherwise a faithful reproduction.

i'd only buy a conversion styled after the 68 firebird, similar to the phoenix from saints row 2.

New TA

Brings back a lot of memories. Not a big fan of the TA, a nice look except for the wheels.

It's the best looking T/A representation I've seen so far and I'm feelin the 455 and the spoiler. Kudos to LPE on the engineering. However, it's just a bit too retro for my taste.

It ran into the same problem the challenger did... it's too tall vertically. it looks like a loaf of bread.

It should be shorter... but you cant really change that.

Would be nice to see as the black and gold T/A like the Bandit's car. Guess you would have to change the front end, but I like the front end, and the tail lights, but the spoiler is a bit high though.

love it. True car fans will appreciate all the side vents, honeycomb wheels , spoilers and shaker hood, thats what made the Firebird so different from the Camaro, It was the cousin that was a little overdressed. That was the appeal . I am still a Camaro guy but that brings back memories! Its cool.Firebird fans will love it.

You cant beat the low end torque of a 455 Pontiac, period. I have always loved the Pontiac brand-its very rich. And the fact that there is no big or small block is cool too. Ive had quite a few of the motors, from 301 to a 455 over. The 301 was in a 78 Buick, and it would just roast those tires! I could only imagine having that motor in our new Camaros. I wonder what all they have done to it...carb, fuel injection....never had a fuel injected one.
