He has more patience with questions (both ignorant and intelligent) than many of us have. If anything he has earned his place at his pulpit. As far as SW2011 is concerned I have read all of your thread and what you have posted on this thread. I think some perspective would give you a different opinion on the subect of your being so defensive.
I said good day, sir!
He does come off ignorant and intelligent with his posts and some people do take it the wrong way, but again Scrming I have nothing against you. You do earn the respect here, a few reasons why I brought the MRT was because of your videos they do help a lot.

I think you may have misinterpreted the wording of my post, but, that's okay, it happens.

Here's something else to consider: the sound of a V8 with a 180 degree firing order (Indy car) as opposed to the familiar 90 degree firing order we all know and love. Which of those V8's sounds more "exotic"? So........with changes in FIRING ORDER you can drastically change the exhaust note, just as the number of cylinders changes it. Think of that as "changing the beat". Size of displacement can change the exhaust frequency. A good sounding engine is like a musical instrument; how hard and fast you play it affects the sound you get out of it. Now go play in the street.

I have had the MRT2's on for 2 days now. I stepped out of a cammed up mid 70's vette and into the Camaro a few months ago so I know a good sounding car. The MRTs give the car a good sound. Not a V8 sound but not a farty sound either. It's got it's own sound and it is a good one. Don't be afraid to pull the trigger if you're on the fence, this is a good road to go down. The youtube vids you find are a good representation, maybe sounds even a bit better in person

I have been debating getting these for months... everyone seems to be really happy with them. May have to pull the trigger soon.

Seriously, all depends on what you prefer. I love the V2 because it turns heads and brings the "muscle car sound" out of the V6, but can still be decent when just cruising along. I haven't heard the V1, so I can't say it's bad, but I'm biased towards the V2.

Yea that's true, but I'm sure they both turn heads pretty equally The v1 has a louder idle than the v2 but they both sound pretty much the same at high RPMs. So it just depends if you want a loud idle or a quiter idle. And hey, anyone is biased towards whatever exhaust they got
