They are reporting a copy-cat shooting in Orlando.

I'm allways carrying. Some think it's overkill and stupid, but had I been at Ft. Hood in the right place there may well be less dead and injured. These ass holes have their success because people around them aren't armed.

news just updated to say 2 are dead 6 are injured trama patients and the shooter is still in the building! they have not found him yet but they know what he is wearing and are looking. It appears to be someone acting alone. How horrible!I'm with PQ I am always carrying too in case this ever happens around me I will be prepared.

good thinking!! let's allow guns in schools too, so next time somebody is on a rampage kids can stop them!!!

Don't know about guns, but I carried a knife in school every single day.

Gerber Paraframe II - still carry it at all times until I get my CCL. Probably carry it after that too.

P.S. - And I know the whole "don't bring a knife to a gunfight" thing but I'd rather be brought down trying to protect my friends with whatever I've got then be gunned down running away, or watch them be gunned down.

Nobody said or implied that arming children would be a good idea, pull your head out and take a breath of clean air before posting ignorant crap.

It is indeed a sad state of affairs that some people are so mentally unstable as to copy-cat anything violent or even to be an 'original' nutcase with violence on his/her mind.

Yes, I'm licensed for concealed carry as well. I also happen to be a law-abiding and responsible adult willing and able to defend myself and family from the criminally armed, law-BREAKING individuals.

No - what 'mac meant was that you USED sarcasm to turn pq's point into something complete different. PQ never said anything about putting guns in schools (at least not in the hands of the kids).

well it looks like this guy might have already taken care of himself reportedly commited suicide. He was a former employee of a year ago. I just don't get people these days, has everyone gone nuts?

Nevermind, false report, they now have him in custody!!! yay, let the games begin!
