Removing carpet

For those that have done it how hard is it to remove the interior carpet?

I am planning ahead to update my stereo to include new speaker wires. In the process of doing this I would like to update my PDIMM so there goes the console. Front seats are easy to remove. Rears as well. This leaves the carpet, since I am at that point makes sense to remove it to sound deaden.

I would just like to know what is involved in the removal of the carpet.

Cheers
K

To remove the interior carpet you have to take out the rear/front windshield.

That would also make sense. Scratch what I said about the windshield, carpet can come out fine.
