a few weeks ago, i saw a zl575 heading north on the nj turnpike, on the back of a trailer being pulled by a chevy dually that had slp on the side of the truck. might have been the test car. anyway the car is by far the toughest looking 2010 i have seen yet. however, considering what you could do to an ss for $23,000.00 doesn't seem like a great deal to me. that just might be my jealousy speaking since i already bought one haha. the one i saw was awesome looking though

Great performance but it's expected for the cost. SLP does great work. The car is more than the sum of it's parts.

If I were baller status I'd pick one of these up in a snap. The functional hood mounted air-scoop looks so much better than the faux air inlet on the stock SS.

Quick question for those that complain about the mail slot ... why doesn't anyone complain about the cowl?

I don't think it's the cowl that's ever been the problem, if you ask me at least. I guess we're use to seeing the air inlet incorporated into the cowl being that was the way it was on the F-body.

But how is the non-functional mail slot soooo much worse than the non-funtional cowl? Either way it is a styling element that alludes to a non-existant induction system. Countless people have opposed the mail slot because its non-functional yet I can't recall a single complaint against the cowl. If you look at them, they are both obviously useless except as a possible heat extractor.
