Absolutely... I was once told by a guy at the shop I go to "Do one thing at a time - you'll get a better finished product that way" ... So glad to have had that advice, don't want to take it too far!

I don't know about all that, You have to have a vision of what you want the end result to look like. I've done more than one thing at a time a few times. I knew that my car was gonna look similar to the way it does now the day I ordered it.

I didn't say you can't have a vision... But sometimes what you envision isn't really what you might end up with. So make a plan, do one thing at a time, then, if your vision was "too much", you can stop when you get to the right look. I'm speaking only of appearance stuff, of course.

Another thing good about one thing at a time is if someone comes out with a new product you like better you have a chance to change your mind on the direction you are going.
