Anyone try Jax Wax?

I'm really happy with the results I got from Zaino, but at the car show this weekend, I met some folks that use and swear by a product line called Jax Wax. There was a '95 Impala SS - black - and it looked like the paint was about a foot deep, and not a swirl to be found. It looked AMAZING. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this stuff?????

Wow....three days and no responses. Maybe I'll order some of this stuff and give it a try, then I can be the "expert" LOL!! It really looked good on that Impala, but after spending all that time (and money) on Zaino, I may wait a while.

Never heard of it. Sorry.

As for the Impala, was the paint "original"?

IMO, seeing as you already have Zaino, go ahead and use it. It'll give you incredible shine and depth as well as superior durability.

I don't really know if the paint was original or not, not much on that car was...LOL. I'm going to use the Zaino until it's gone for sure. Might get some of the Jax wax to try on my husband's dark blue truck. That way we could have a comparison.

Here's the info about Jax Wax: http://www.jaxwax.com/

Even though I had my car a month the day it arrived (shipped from up north) was pretty dirty. Coincidence, and my neighbor was having his Black Camaro detailed professionaly - Of course... he then did mine - using this stuff, what a fantastic job. You can throw a cloth on the hood and it will slide up to the windscreen. I looked over the black camaro (2 months old??) and not a swirl on it. These guys know what they are doing and his van was packed full of equipment, so i think the experience shows - but he swears by this stuff....note to self... must call him for a refresh..

Funny Story ...

I was in my driveway this past Sunday giving my baby it's first wash and I heard the slow rumble of a car driving by. I looked down the driveway and it was a black 69 Camaro, shining like a mirror. We connected eyes, the guy nodded and I gave him the hand wave. Off he goes ...

A few seconds later the rumble stops and then starts again. There he was again at the end of my driveway. He got out, we exchanged a few, "hey nice car" remarks ... he said he lived arounf the block and then popped his trunk and showed me a box of Jax Wax. Said it was great stuff, you could put in on in 105 degree direct sun go for lunch come back and wipe off with no pressure.

He showed me a plack he got for his car at Route 66 and handed me his card. Said check their web site out and call the number and ask any questions. Said, the wax was $25 ...

So, he car did look awesome, so his demoing it on his rear quarter didn't tell me much, but I wonder if it's all he said??

Doesn't sound like many here have tried or like it ... Correct?

Is, the bottom line Zanio's is the best and only choice outside of retail Pep Boys type stuff?

Tried it did not like it.The only thing that worked was there window cleaner.Try the adams buttery wax i think you will be impressed with the ease of application and removal and if you have vinyl stripes it will not cause them to haze.

My dad and I have both tried it. Much happier with NXT 2.0 wax and ICE polish.

I'm still waiting for someone to read my Dodo Juice thread too. :(
