I am wondering if it is even possible to get service on any warranty issues.

http://www.amazon.com/Kensun-Convers...1442143&sr=1-3
For starters the ORACLE kit is a 32V Digital AC kit that is compatible with the PCM and DRL Voltage drop issues with the 2010 Camaro. Other kits will flash for a while then fail whereas the ORACLE kit will work just like normal in DRL mode. Another thing to point out is that our kit features accurate bulb geometry, which means that it is designed specifically for this setup and will maintain an accurate cut-off line and keep the light focused on the road (where you need it) rather than in the trees and in the eyes of other drivers.

As for the warranty the ORACLE kit has a LIFETIME warranty. The fact that the pictures you posted show that the decals do not even fit the box or ballasts is a pretty good indicator that if you ever need to warranty out a part you will be calling taiwan.

I think 229.00 is cheap. Its so cheap that I worry about the quality of bulbs. Who manufactures your bulbs AAC?

If you had the guide up on your website so I could see what im getting myself into...

These plug right into the headlight connector plug and play? No wires that need to attach to the battery like the BFxenon kit?

The more I think about it, the more I don't want to rip apart my whole car to install stuff.

ALRIGHT! Alright...I've finally decided on if I'm going to buy these lights, and my answer is, HELL YEAH! I was driving on my way to work this morning and I seen a 2010 Camaro the same color as mine(SIM) driving on the opposite end of the road and the lights definitely hit me, the blood color really stood out as opposed to the regular RS package halo lights. I definitely like Oracle's lights better. So I gave AAC a call just now, and I'm amazed to find out that they're located right here in New Orleans where I live!! This is great!!

I thought I was going to have to order them and let Chevy or someone try and install them, but since they're right here, I'm just going to set an appointment and just go on in and let them install it! Whew!!

I'm getting the Xenon lights and fog lights but in blue. And damn they look good! I hope I can come in this Friday! I'm off!

If its a bi-xenon kit, you will need to attach a power and ground lead to get consistent power and not draw all the current through the stock wiring. It is a better way to go... If you dont want to attach a positive and negative lead, you can always do a single beam kit.

1) Remove Old Bulb, Insert HID Bulb.
2) Plug Bulb into Ballast and Ballast into Car.
3) Turn on Lights.

No, there is not wiring harness or relay needed.

Sounds like you saw Jeff driving the SIM with red Halos

He is on the boards here as well.

We can do the install for you, give us a call to set up an appointment. It will most likely have to be sometime in Feb before we can get to it though.

omega bi-xenon hid's

just had an online chat with omega xenon lights regarding the DRL issue, this is how it went..
http://www.omegaxenon.com/

Ty Says: Welcome to Live help! This is Ty, how may I assist you today?
You Say: Hi, do your Bi-xenon hid lights work with the 2010 camaro day time running lights? I have heard that some have a problem with the lower voltage (6v) that the computer sends to the headlights for a DRL function. It uses the same bulb as the headlights with a lower voltage for a reduced light output.
Ty Says: Who makes the camero? I am not familiar with this veicle
You Say: chevy
Ty Says: ok. Thanks. I see we offer the bi xenon for this year. I see no indication that this would be a problem because of a lower v sent to lights by the computer
You Say: ok thanks

I think that answers my question on these people

Not yet but I just ordered it on Friday. Waiting on the Fog Lights to arrive 3/1 before they can ship. So....couple more weeks and I should have them on.

I bought the 8000k Bi-Xenon kit + Fog Light bulbs + License plate bulb and I'm putting it on a non-RS 2SS.

We have sold several of these kits to Camaro owners and they have all been very happy. Especially with the fact that this works with the DRL

What other components would I need to get to switch out regular headlights on a 1SS with these HIDs? One of your reps was telling me that I need something else in addition to this kit, but was vague.

If all you want is HID then this kit is all you'll need. He might have been talking about Halo rings or possibley fog lights. If you want both high and low beams you'll need to pay the extra $30 for the Bi-Xenon kit (which I would recommend).

Just make sure to pick the right color of light for your taste. Most people go with 8000k but I thought they were to blue for me. I ended up having to buy another set of 6000k lights that cost almost half of what I paid for initial kit.

I wrote up a how to in the DIY section so you can see how easy it is to do it.

If you are using the (L) opposed to the (HL) you will need to use the relay to prevent the DRL override. Give us a call and one of the techs can talk you through it.

Justin how much is it to add red halos to an 8 or 10,000 K kit with high/low beams?

My installer has called and spoke with you and your support team and have tried all your suggestions. I bought this months back and we've been working on this problem for a few months. Could it be because it's an older version? Is there some kind of upgarde?

Months back like early 2010? It could be, would you do me a favor and take a picture of your ballast and email it to me.

EDIT:
Better yet does the ballast have the "ORACLE" logo stamped on the side?
