+How much for this stuff though?

I'm not sayin I can afford it or that I even like all the changes they have made but a few of us may not be taking in to consideration the HUGE amount of money it takes to build this type of machine and still make a profit after paying all the people involved.
highly doubt that the the camaro w/ 626hp and weighing over 3900 probably close to 4000lbs will pull ZO6 times around the ring. ZO6 has damn near 50/50 f/r weight distribution. weighs less then 3200lbs. so that 700lb weight difference makes a big difference. the 111 hp difference isnt enough to go around the ring faster. i would want the efficiency of the twin screw at the 800hp+hp level. and the diet is well just to be on a damn diet. which the car should be n e way lol.

Chris, it's a good thing these guys don't see your "other" builds!!!! lol

I'd say its worth it just for the proper camaro taillights. The front fascia is quite a bit different from the concept drawings though. I wonder why.

I don't agree. The door handles seem similar to the Corvette...

i think this is an awsome car and id send mine to get this package if i had the money. but it has given me some neat ideas id like to try for my SS. and for the ones who would take a zr1 over this camaro with the same motor in it, i agree if your looking for over all performance then the zr1 is the way to go but if you want a sweet cruiser that will give you all the thrills of a zr1 with out looking like another corvette, then this camaro is the way to go. this isnt just a camaro SS its a fesler camaro, for thoughs who havent seen this thread on this car check it out. look at the interior and all the other little things they have done. i personaly belive that its worth the price. but thats just my 2cents http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ferrerid=14076

No offense intended but...

Hideous, do not want.

Those wheels = silly, trendy

Don't like the way the grille was been modified to come across the middle of the headlamps either. Like good ricers, they even shaved the door handles.

And 150k for this thing? I'm sure the car knows how to move, but come on... For this money, I'm going to Hennessey. And having some change left over. For that Matter, the SLP ZL575 would be plenty of performance for me (and good looks to boot) at 60K. This FM car = fail.

And people will still buy it...see, just like i said, there are Corvette people and there are Camaro people, they will buy the car they support regaurdless of price...just because a Camaro is priced above a Corvette does not always mean the Corvette will be the instant choice

The value of this car will only drop. It will not increase like one may hope for in 20 years. Sorry but What is so Iconic about this car? Hell my monte carlo only had 2000 built ever but I will tell you it's worth maybe 1k more than a normal run of the mill 04 monte.

No special edition cars are really worth it unless you are talking super rare exotics, etc.... And even with those the resell on some are near 30-40% of what the original cost was.

Some good mods to a an overall same basic design from the factory.
SO really you agreed with my supersnake comment because neither purchase makes sense no matter what the intentions are.

this is what i was expecting from their rendering of "hideaway headlights and billet grille"

...not a bar that slides over the center of the headlight

That crazy , plus to me it looks like ass with those wheels.

Something of that much money put this into another group that is not filled with the average joes. People that got that much money laying around to buy a 150k camaro got money to buy lambos and ferraris. I would never pay over 60k for any camaro on the planet

I said it when the Fesler-Moss first was announced here. I like that there's another option, but I'm very disappointed in the price. The Camaro is everyone's Corvette. If you're going to make a Camaro that gets inferior performance for a price that exceeds the Corvette, you might get sales, but you'll be breaking from tradition. That's how you lose your place in history.

At that price, I'd rather get an OEM Corvette ZR1. It'll be faster, and it will cost less. Fesler-Moss made some great individual parts, but that price belongs on our price-gouging thread.

yeah well, I figured the only way I would ever be able to afford this car is if I had some unreasonable amount of cash which would make buying a car for an unreasonable price more affordable.
