All of the bulbs have been modified here before they ship out so they will "snap" into the housings. These bulbs do not need to "snap" in order to stay in the housings.

1) Pull back the fender liner, you will need to loosen three #15 hex head screws.

2) Locate the Green Plug going into the Sidemarker. Lock a T-Tap around the + line (Pass side= Brown, Driver side= Purple) you can use pliers to snap into place.

3) Now plug the Connector into the T-Tap:

4) Locate the + Line of the DRL (Bue Wire) and Lock a T-Tap to it.

5) Now connect the other end of the connector completing the connection.

6) Repeat this process on the other side and test.
Passenger side has a gray/black and a black. It's a 2013 RS. Tried clamping into black/gray and blue in fog, did not work. Was suppose to turn DRL's on with Sidemarkers. Any idea why? I see the purple and blue wire on driver side.

If I just want to replace the stock DRL bulbs, but not mess around with changing when they're on can I just get this: http://www.automotivelightstore.com/p13w.aspx and avoid all the harness/wire cutting stuff?

Sorry if it's laid out clear, but 30 pages is a lot :(

Also, do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. If you use the SMD bulb you will still need a harness to bypass the factory PWM signal which can damage the LEDs.

You can use our Plasma bulb that has a built-in regulator to black the PWM signal.

Cool thanks for the reply

Still waiting on the ship (move faster mr container ship!) but definitely gonna get some once it's here. I don't know why they put different colored bulbs in the first place.

When I go to the order page, there's a option to add a DRL Connector Wiring for $9.95. Is this the harness if you want the DRL's to stay on when the HID's and Halos are also on?

This is not the harness. The connector you mention is just some t-taps and wires that connect to existing OEM wiring.

The harness you are looking for is truly plug and play and takes about 20 minutes to install. The harness is located on the passenger side, right above the DRL. If you ever want to remove this plug and play harness, it will take another 20 minutes and no one will know it was even there. This will keep your DRLs on when your HIDs and halos are also on.

This harness is not v6, v8, manual, or automatic-specific, however, from what I recall, it only works with the RS package with the OEM HIDs and halos.

Here are a couple of very reputable C5 vendors that sell this harness. Good luck.
