I think it is worth trying. The worst that can happen is we cancel due to weather. December 5th I am doing the toys for tots run with Spaceballone and the guys in NJ but I am open for any other day.

Naaa, I should have stopped and said hello but I was in a rush, besides IM sure you would have bashed me for deciding to get the Chally.

All in all I love the way the Camaro looks and they all looked hot, the new and the classic ones too.

We would not have bashed you - all are welcome. We had a few Vipers stop in, a pretty nice modified Mustang and also a vintage Bugatti. Although we like to focus on late model Camaros, some people including myself bought later gen Camaros to the meet.

We are going to try to put together another meet for next month some time - be sure to check back for details

BTW - we got quite a large number of people who just stopped in to take pictures and ask questions. We even have 2 teenage girls stop in to ask if we could help them with any ideas on how to surprise thier father for his 50th birthday with the 2010 Camaro they bought him. I tried to get them to put it in the crowd with the other cars and then have him surprised by handing him the keys while looking at the other cars but they said it would be too difficult to get him to the event.

Talwell, I was going to try to make this meet yesterday because I was interested in the chrome wheels you had, beside hanging out. They look good in the pictures but I wanted to see them live.
You mentioned something about a group purchase or deal, what are the detals of that?
I'm thinking of putting some winter tires on my polished wheels and getting some chrome wheels for the Spring.

Sorry you could not make it but we will definately have more meets in the future.

As for the chrome wheels - we need (10) sets ordered to get the new price of $799.99 per set plus shipping. This is for the complete set, no exchange or cores required. The only thing you will need to buy is the valve stems for the TPMS.

I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the wheels and the chrome plating. The chrome is smooth as glass and the wheels fit perfectly. Being a lower cost wheel I expected a little compromise but have not found it yet. Many other owners have been paying $850-$1k just to have thier wheels plated - with this deal you can keep your oem set for your winter tires and run the chromes in the good weather months.

Let me know what you want to do - Tony (G-Man) expressed a high level of interest in ordering after yesterdays event and I have a few others on the site that are interested. Being that I already got the first set we only need 9 more buys to get the price.

I'm interested.
Tire rack sells the same chrome wheels.
I think they are about $1200.
Are you talking about this being a local supplier or a national place.
If it's national, why don't you put a message in the general wheel section to get more response.
If it's local I'd put it in a separate message in the NY/NJ/CT/PA section.
